But until then, I wanted to share with you what I missed while on vacation – my protein shakes.
This is my favorite shake to make when I’m home, mainly because it’s easy, tasty, and I ALWAYS have the ingredients .
The Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake
8 oz. almond milk
1/2 cup of ice
3/4 of banana
1 scoop chocolate protein (I use FitMixer)
1 Spoonful of Peanut Butter
Throw all in blender and enjoy!
