Yoga Playlist

by Alyssa on June 11, 2013

So, I haven’t created a playlist in a looong time. My Half Marathon playlist was the last one I made since I have been confused on how to get them onto the iPhone. Yea, really smarty pants right here ;).

Anyway, since I am officially able to teach now, I decided to create my first playlist for yoga classes! I really enjoy when upbeat music is played during classes, like music that is on the radio…with words. Sometime steryotypic “yoga” tunes are nice, but my preference is main stream tune-age! I like to rock out while I’m getting my vinyasa on ;).

AKA the title – “Energizing” :).

Feel So Close

The Other Side

I Need Your Love

Safe and Sound

On Top of the World

Ho Hey

31 Flavors

Midnight City

Love Somebody

City of Blinding Lights

Counting Stars

I can’t get enough of these songs! They’re gentle and relaxing, but uplifting at the same time. Hey, I may even use them on a run!

What’s your favorite playlist?

LOVE your new playlist! I’ve heard there are hip hop yoga classes – I’m dying to go to one. I always love hearing songs in classes that I can sing along to.

oooh I love seeing other people’s playlists, and a yoga one at that even better (does a little happy dance), most of these songs I have in my music collection, but I love seeing how others put their songs together.
I don’t have a fav playlist as such, but I do have my newest playlist up on my blog.
