We underestimate the importance of rewards when we reach a specific fitness goal.
Did I reward myself when I ran my first half marathon? Nope.
The satisfaction that I did it seemed enough, but it could have helped me to push myself a little harder if I had a reward in mind.

Being that today is a beautiful day in PA, I had to get a 3 miler in. It felt awesome for my first outdoor run of the year :).
Told you it was beautiful out! I wore my Brooks running shoes, which I’ll do a review on after a decent amount of runs, and my Lululemon jacket since it’s still a tad chilly out.
