It’s a “fitness Friday” here in NEPA. I’m getting back into a few circuit workouts currently. Before I go to the gym this morning I figured I share one I’m doing today!
I’m actually trying to “spring clean” my life, too – which I’ll post about more later – but this week I’m working on my fitness as you can tell. Stay tuned for more on that!
For breakfast I had some blueberry oatmeal (instant and healthy might I add :D), which you may remember from a review I did forever ago. This is my favorite quick breakfast to have with a banana.
