This morning I attended my gym to try out a new class using stability balls. To be completely honest, at first I wasn’t all that impressed. I wasn’t feeling challenged and was itching to get out and sweat. After about 15 minutes I began to feel the burn. It’s amazing how such little movements can burn SO badly! Since I’ve been lacking in the weight training department lately (besides yoga), I’ll definitely be attending the class again. The instructor kicked my butt!
