Sometimes goals are difficult to conquer when life happens. Last weeks goals weren’t as attainable as I had previously thought.
Last Week’s Goals
- Carve a pumpkin
Focus on balancing my 40 Days of Yoga with running
- Meditate Daily
Eat a decent balance of fruits and veggies Focus on updating my blog (a cleanup is needed!)
This week, I am obviously going to carve a pumpkin. I have to! It’s almost Halloween :). And I will try my best to become better at meditating as well. Yoga is definitely helping me to deal with focusing and sitting still in my busy life.
- Drink ALOT more water daily
- Take 2 rest days – After my half marathon yesterday I definitely need to take a little time to myself and rest my body. This is that whole reverse psychology thing, too ;).
- Add even more fresh foods to my diet
