Sometimes goals are difficult to conquer when life happens. Last weeks goals weren’t as attainable as I had previously thought.

Last Week’s Goals

  • Carve a pumpkin
  • Focus on balancing my 40 Days of Yoga with running
  • Meditate Daily
  • Eat a decent balance of fruits and veggies
  • Focus on updating my blog (a cleanup is needed!)

This week, I am obviously going to carve a pumpkin. I have to! It’s almost Halloween :). And I will try my best to become better at meditating as well. Yoga is definitely helping me to deal with focusing and sitting still in my busy life.

 

As for this week’s Goals…
  • Drink ALOT more water daily
  • Take 2 rest days – After my half marathon yesterday I definitely need to take a little time to myself and rest my body. This is that whole reverse psychology thing, too ;).
  • Add even more fresh foods to my diet
