Yup, I’m bringing back the Mini Goal Monday!
If you’re like me, you enjoy having small goals to constantly work toward. I know that I personally have been slipping on reaching certain goals of my own, like eating healthy, and figured it was about time I brought this back! Especially with the transition going into the fall and winter months, maintaining our balanced lifestyle can become difficult. Enter Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas desserts!
This weekend my sister and I accomplished one of my Fall Bucket List ideas – making an apple pie from scratch! I will post more on that later, but it turned out great!
- Carve a pumpkin in a fun design
- Focus on balancing my 40 Days of yoga with a bit of running
- Meditate daily
- Eat a decent balance of fruits and veggies
- Focus on updating my blog! (A good cleanup is needed :))
