Oh How I missed Strength Training

After attending Fitbloggin last weekend, I thought I would take a shot at a vlog and doing the video thing a bit more.  I have to say, it is much more freeing talking to a camera sometimes, just because it feels as though I can offer a bit more of my personality through doing so.

Basically, I quickly mention here how I’ve been doing with the Fitmixer bootcamp and what strength training will help me to accomplish if I stick with incorporating it into my routine.  Enjoy!

This is going to sound really creepy and stupid but I LOVE HEARING YOU AGAIN!! Haha, I was only with you for about three days but it feels like I haven’t talked to you in years. Congrats on your first vlog! :)

I felt the same way watching yours! Not creepy at all haha I wish we were back to last weekend! and thanks :) Loved your voiceover on your workout video the other day too. I have so much to learn! lol
