I usually am not TOO fond of Bath & Body Works – I typically don’t purchase very complicated scents or overpriced body products, but for awhile I have wanted to try their Anti-Stress Aromatherapy line.
Last weekend, I made a trip to our local Bath & Body works and got a whole bunch! It was perfect timing since I have recently run out of body was, shampoo and conditioner, and body lotion.
I decided the Stress Relief candle had to be a DEFINITE purchase. And boy was I right! I have been burning it nightly and it helps me to drift asleep and relax so easily.
The Eucalyptus & Spearmint version smells somewhat like a cologne, which I feel helps you to relax, but it’s not overly strong. I found my new favorite candle!
The larger candles were on sale as 2 for the price of 1 – so naturally I had to get a second! I decided to go with a fall scent for the second candle – Japanese Cherry Blossom. This way when my stress relief candle runs out, I will be all set for fall :).
These candle holders are super fashionable and were only $6 so I couldn’t resist :).
Since I was due for some new bath goods, I thought it would only be appropriate to get the Stress Relief shampoo, conditioner, AND body wash! All are reasonably priced. The body wash I ended up getting in the Vanilla Verbena version, which I would have also gotten in the other products, had they had them in stock. It’s a bit more of a subtle smell compared to the Eucalyptus & Spearmint.
Of these 3, I think I love the conditioner the most. It definitely does what it says and adds body and shine, and my hair is always rather dull and flat – so that’s a big deal :).
I also ended up getting myself a mask (since I am addicted to giving myself facials!) and a body cream – on sale for $8. Couldn’t beat it! I thought the Boost Tangelo Woods energy aromatherapy lotion would be a good scent to go with all the stress relief products :). It smells AMAZING.
The mask I got is the True Blue Spa Purifying Peel Off Face Mask with Blackberry – and it is very black! I love it though. It definitely leaves you with a glow and is very fun to peel off!
It pulls everything right out of your pores! So cool!
Today was a fun day. I got a small run in and went to lunch with Alyssa and our moms. We even got manicures and I got my first shellac one – I will be getting these again! It’s a gel type mani and lasts for about 3 weeks!
What are your favorite products at Bath & Body Works or another body store?!
