Hi lovelies! I’ve disappeared for awhile. The ACE Personal training exam took over my life through January and February and I’m now a certified personal trainer!
Something else that’s been taking some time is my new site. I wanted to give my online presence a makeover. I’ve grown out of the fashion sphere and more into the health and fitness slash yoga sphere and felt my site should replicate this.

One of my January goals is to cultivate a daily yoga practice. It’s been one of the constants in my life that always helps me in a time of need.
Sunday morning I attended a workshop geared toward creating a daily practice. Since then (3 days) I have been practicing. I am starting off small so I don’t feel like only an hour of yoga will do. I have done 15 minutes the last two times, but those 15 minutes had the potential and did change the rest of my day. I felt more creative throughout the day and I am noticing it easier to relax when I don’t finish my to do list at the end of the day – instead of worrying.
I am looking forward to embarking on this journey and seeing where it takes me.
